You’ll learn the three habits of influential leaders and discover how to apply them to your world, regardless of the conditions. As a result, even the most difficult people will trust your judgment, respect your opinions, and willingly commit to your strategies and ideas. You’ll discover how to:
- Connect so that others are open to hearing your ideas, even if they disagree.
- Convey even the most complex information simply, without dumbing it down.
- Convince others to trust your judgment, so they willingly take action.
- Send purposeful signals that align your intention with your impact.
- Influence the narcissistic and passive-aggressive people in your life.
Module 1: The entire program is interactive as you discover how to shape your influence, step-by-step. During the first module, you’ll explore the big picture of modern influence and learn what it takes to lead in the spotlight. You’ll experience the three habits of influential leaders, Connect, Convey, Convince® and identify a specific scenario that you want to influence. We’ll build on that scenario throughout the program.
Module 2: You’ll dive into each habit, examine success stories and cautionary tales, and apply the habits to your specific scenario in order to build your unique leadership influence and presence.
Module 3: As the program continues to unfold, you’ll use Connie’s materials such as The Influence Map® to develop your competencies as an influential leader.

Connie Dieken advises senior leaders who are in the spotlight. She helps them deliver important messages during high-pressure situations and influence positive outcomes, regardless of the conditions. Her high-profile clients lead some the world’s best-known brands such as Apple, HP, Nestlé, and The Cleveland Clinic. Connie built her unique skillset during twenty years as a television journalist with ABC and NBC stations. Her reporting has been honored with five Emmy Awards® and she was also inducted into the Radio/Television Broadcasters Hall of Fame.
